Subject: Question on validity period of Police clearence
  Hi,

I have a question. Do you know what the validity period of a police clearence certificate is? (before the embassy will re-request for this certificate)

It´s been over 4 months since I submitted the police clearence certificate and I haven´t heard a word from the embassy since. I sort of remember reading somewhere that the embassy will re-request for the certificate if it´s been over 6 months and visa has not been issued.

I have read that the medical certificates are valid for a year.

I would appreciate if someone that knows the answer can reply.

Thanks,

Nathan

They may ask to submit again as part of additional documents asked at IA stage.

i have submit my police clearance certificate the second time. if your medical examination expire, you must take it again, since the visa expiry is within the valid medical examination.
