| Subject: Police clearence(Staying in USA from last 2 months |
Hi
I am in USA(California) on H1B visa and i need Police clearence of my wife she is on H4 here, for canada immigration.So please guide me how to Police clearence in California.MY WIFE IS HERE IN USA FROM LAST 2 MONTHS before that she was in India.

she does not need a PCC frm US as she has been just there fr 2 months!! it has to be over 6 months....
she has to get the PCC fr India though

I´m afraid not.
Since she is going to stay long term she will need FBI clearnace. If you don´t submit now - she´d be asked after Medicals.
