hi i have applyed for sponsership from the u.k i want to call the call centre but i cant use the toll free numbers is there anyone who know how to dial into them without the toll free numbers can any one help or any ideas??? thanks robert

The Mississauga office does not have a phone number for applicants to call. The call centre is actually in Montreal and can be accessed by the toll free number in Canada only.

Does the call center help on all cases or only the ones filed in Canada?

The Call Centre will give updates on files processed in Canada only and even then, they don´t give too much information. If you need a status update on your application, you must contact the CIC office in which your application was sent.

my application was sent to canada to process in mississauga as london sent it back to me saying send it on to canada weird or what so i need a number to call the call centre!!please

Family class applicants send the applications to Mississauga CPC. The Mississauga office processes the sponsorship approval part of the application. It takes around a month or so. Then, the Mississauga office send the application to be processed in the visa office in which the principle applicant is resident (in your case, London).
What help do you need? What do you need to know? You have not given us enough info. to help you with a specific question.

my query is have they received the papers at all how can i find out the parcel was only tracked by royal mail(uk)till canada then i dont know if the cpc has it or not it had the money oprder in too for all the application´s sponcership,permanaint res and somthing else all in the one envelope!! so i would be happy just to hear it was in there hands and not lost!!!! thanks

I understand your concern. If you used a courier tracking system to check the application arrived at the destination then you have nothing to worry about. There is no way to speak to someone at CIC to check on the arrial of an application. In a month or so, you will received a sponsorship approval from Mississauga who will advise you that the sponsor has been approved and the application has been forwarded to London for further processing. The London office will send you a letter called AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) to say that have begun processing.
Don´t worry about your application, if it was correctly addressed, and sent with a tracking system, you will be fine.
