My mother applied for Visitor Visa of Canada to visit me. My income is good but she was refused VISA last year. I am self employed and will not get proof of this year Income for few months. My this year income will be more than 60000$. Will my declaration acceptzble by immigration dept.

your financial situation is only part of CIC´s consideration when looking at your mothers visitors application. The biggest question is whether she will go home at the end of her visit. You and your mother must find a way to prove that intention beyond any doubt.
