I think my PR application is complete, I just received a letter from CIC buffalo asking me to send my photos and passport to be stamped. Does anybody know how long I´ll be given a time until I have to land?

How many months maximum I can wait before landing after CIC stamps my passport? I am now in the US and have to take care some business for couple months before landing to Canada. I am a skilled worker category.

When my husband received the papers from Paris for the passport request, they stated that the visa expires a year after your medical was taken. He would have had until Feb 18, 2006 to activate his PR visa ("landing") but landed in Canada 5 days later and became a permanent resident. Hope this helps!
