| Subject: financial obligations spousal immigration |

I am confused about the financial obligations involved in a spousal visa. My bf is canadian and im australian, he has been with me in sydney since september on a working holiday and when his visa is up we are planning on going to canada. If we get married and apply for a spousal visa what does he have to show financially? Im asking because he wont have worked in canada for the past year when we apply because he has been in australia with me.

This is Q for you: - I have applied for Candad PR and I am standing in Q right now. I stayed in Sydney for around 3 yrs from 1998 - 2001. Could pls. help me to know how to get police cert. from Aus.
