i recently graudated, but have not rcvd official degree since convocation is in june, I recently applied for immigration and got my AOR, I want to let immigration know that I graduated..
was wondering if I can send them a letter fom the university saying that I graduated,
or must it be a photocopy of my official degree?
and I got offered a job and applied for a post-graduation
work permit, so I didnt need to confirm with HRDC,
would a copy of the job offer letter give me 5 extra points???
or does it have to be confirmed with HRDC???

Copies of both are sufficient for now. Make sure these are notorized true copies. Also send a cover letter explaining the two.
Unfortunately, you can only request the officer and not force additional points as the file is always viewed as of the date you file. Any changes in points system can only be requested. It is upto the officer to allow you the additional points.

you get 5 points too, doesn´t matter HRDC, post-secondary work permit has same value. actually it´s not only 5points, 15 points.
Arrage employment 10 points
adapablity 5 points
total: 15
that´s what I am using right now.
