Subject: A QUESTION ON RUBEL'S"CASES READY FOR VISA ISSUA
Are those numbers is arranged in a series ?
what I meant is that : if any file Number, which usually comes among those number, but the case is in another visa office, does this mean that that case is ready for visa issuance too ?

No Rubel, I´ll try to explain:
for example the file numbers ready for visa issuance in buffalo are listed in ascending numerical order, so they bigines with B036***and end up to B046***, does this means that if any file begins with B042*** however it is in any other visa office, is ready for visa issuance too? And it is obviously means that there are about 13000 case before yours beltagy, supposing that those numbers are in sequence , this means that there still a long time for you to wait !
They´re supposed to be following the sequence ! aren´t they ?
And by the way when interviews for files between B036** -B044** were schedualed in U.S, My interview was also schedualed at that time but in U.K since my file begines with B042. Was it coincidence ?!

To Lina,
With regards to your question whether a file B042* in a non-Buffalo office is also ready for stamping (because of the fact B035*->B046* are now ready in Buffalo). I guess it would depend on the workload and backlog of the non-Buffalo office owning that specific B042* number. Remember, these numbers were assigned during the time of application and it depends entirely on a particular visa office how soon they can process an application. I also believe visa offices are not allocated a particular series or block of that B* number. Just my 2 cents.
