Hi All. I am applying under skilled worker process from buffallo. Should i include police clearance and FBi clearance with my application and all supporting documents? Or should I not?
Any suggestion will be helpful.

yes you should didnt they ask for it in he application .. dont loose time coz they will ask you for it when your file is processed .... you got nothing to loose but lots to gain and its time ya man ..

Follow what the checklist(appendix A) ask for. My partner and I submitted all the police clearances(for places we stayed more than 6 months) and the fbi clearance in our application. We went to UPS for FBI fingerprinting forms and fingerprints. Inquire at your local UPS store, they might have a service like that. If not your local police department or sheriff dept. might do it for you. Our timeline:
Application sent to Buffalo on March 7, 2005.
AOR recieved: March 24, 2005
IA: Who knows....in process ....it says

For PCCs from non-US contries it´s OK to submit them with you application forms. But for US-FBI clearance, it´s validity is only 6 months. So if the assessment process took more than 6 months, they will ask you again to obtain a FBI clearance again. In my case, the initial assessment took 8 months in Buffalo.

SO SHOULD I SUBMIT APPLICATION WITHOUT POLICE AND FBI CLEARANCES? iF IT TAKES ABOUT 8 MONTHS FOR IA PROCESS , I SHOULD SEND IT WHEN THEY ASK FOR IT LATER. IS IT THE RIGHT THING TO DO OR IT MIGHT DELAY THE PROCESS?

I read from another thread here that RPC-Buffalo recently changed their policy. Applicants can now submit their FBI clearance with their application forms. Try to browse this forum for that posting. You´ll see what I mean.

I am applying under skilled worker process from Taiwan.
I´ve studied in USA for my 2 year graduate degree 3 years ago, and now I live in Taiwan. Should I request FBI clearance for my application? Pls help me, thank you.
