| Subject: English test for spouse? |

Hi, me again.
I am the principal applicant on our PR application. I plan on writing a letter to establish that my English skills are good (9 years in the US, 1 BA, 2 MAs, all in the US).
Does my accompanying spouse have to take a English test to establish his English skill level? or is that irrelevant because he is not the principal applicant? Thanks!

only the principle applicant must provide language proof

write your own letter explainin how you have learned perfect english.
