Applied Islamabad Oct 2001....received their letter asking for IELTS and other updated documents.......I couldn´t do that in time now I have asked for extension of time to submit the same....so far no reply....Has anyone encountered this situation.....what will they do with my application......i am nearing 3 years in October.

Hi,
I applied in July 2001. Got the IELTS request in Dec 2003
(180 days notice). submitted my IELTS score and other new
forms and some related documents in May. Still waiting.
If you fail to submit till the deadline, they will process
you case on the available information on file with them.
Also how much time do they take after we submit IELTS TRF
and the new forms?
I am planning to marry in Sept. What to do about that?

It would be better if you send IELTS results and other documents without further delay.

Akhtar and Ehtesham thanks for your reply.I am willing to send IELTS and other updated documents but i should know whether they have granted me extension in time or whether they would consider my old file.The problem is CIC takes endless time to reply.

I have received letter from the CIO for the submission of Original doccuments, Updated Application Form & IELTS on January 13,2006,within 45 days.
The time period is very less,whether I submitt the available doccuments in time and the other remaining doccuments leter on ofter due date.

At preasent i donot have all the required documents, whether i submit the available documents or wait for the completion of the required documents and then submit at once, the required period for the submission of documents in the letter is mentioned 45 days, kindly guide me for the said as soon as possible, thanking you in anticipation..
