I have almost the same timeline as you guys. IA and medical done in July 2004, additional docs was given in the begining of Oct 2004. Sent 3 faxes to buffalo, they replied the last one in last month, saying I need a current bank statement which was not mentioned at all in IA. I sent to them the next day after I got their reply fax. Now, three weeks passed, still waiting, don´t know what exactly happened. I am also waiting for CAIPs which was ordered on 2/24/2005.

Good luck to everyone here! hope it helps.
