I am staying here in uk since more than a year and i am doin masters which is about to end this year. i want to apply immigration from london center, is it possible or i have to apply from my home country... ? and which center is taking less time. please lemme know, shall be gr8 ful to you pplz

You should be able to apply in London, as long as you can prove that you are living there legally, and it looks like you are.
Check the processing times for your country to decide whethere it makes more sense to apply from there.

the only thing to keep in mind is how easy it will be to travel to London should CIC request an interview. If you require a visa... CIC will not be able to assist you. It is entirely up to you to keep the interview date.
