I had applied for my brother in law. When I applied for his immigration he was dependent to parents @ age 18. He was in first year of his university. Now he failed in exam for both first year and second year. So He has to clear the exams and he set at home for two years and clear the exams. Seating homd for two years for clearing the exam, will this hurt him for his family class immigration. I had applied before three years and nothing has been happened yet. Can any one has any answer of posibilities...
