me too. we have the exact same date.
However, I received another letter on April 05, 2005 from the CIC.
It said "Your application is now awaiting to be examined by an officer. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of files processed at our office, we have not been able to asses your file as quickly as we had previously anticipated. You can expect to hear from us again in the upcoming months. Thank you for your patience and understanding.". I haven´t heard from them since.
I am starting to get frustrated since I haven´t even got IA from them. It seems like it usually take between 7 to 8 months. Do you think there is something wrong with this?
By the way I applied to Buffalo under skilled worker program on July and received AOR on 08/17/04. My file number starts with B0463*. Good luck to you all.
