just like anyone else there are no restrictions on opening a business in the US, as long as you do not work for the said business anyone can open it.

Presently, I am a canadian, I have my trucking buisness in Canada with all my permit including my DOT/ETC. Please let me know what else I do need to open a branch in USA.
