Hello Sharon ! Need your expert assistance badly. I have been asked by CHC in London to submit my passport for visa stamping. I can not trust postal service for this purpose. Similarly I don´t know whether to depend on DHL and how should I get my passports returned safely. Finding no way out, I sent a letter to CHC to allow me to submit my passports to CHC Bangladesh or to suggest me what to do.It is over one month, but I have not received any response from them. Sharon and anybody who have perfect knowledge on this, PLEASE suggest. Should I wait for their response or send the documents by DHL now. Please help.

I would send the passport by DHL. I have done this in the Philippines at the request of the embassy in Manila, and they returned it to me using the same courier, with no complications.

My Filipina wife had to courier her passport to the embassy in Seoul, Korea for a visitor visa as well when we came to Canada in September. Again, the embassy returned it to her via DHL and there were no problems.

I understand your concern, but it?s either by courier or you?re going to have to bring it there in person. Canadian embassies courier stamped passports to their owners every day. It?s pretty much routine.

You can always do a trace a couple of days later to ease your mind.

Dear
There are times in life when you have to trust someone/thing. Do not worry. This is what passports and these documents are meant for. I sent my pp to them through an ordinary courier and I got them back too!

As far as your request for an alternative is concerned; they´ll never reply to that. Always remember that they have a very heavy workload and they hardly find time to addresss minor issues like these for all applicants. So chill out, don´t worry and do as they say.
