Hi,
One of the official employment verification letters (not contract document) from my PREVIOUS employer has a date of May 2003. Is this a problem? Should I try to obtain one that?s current? Or, the date doesn?t matter as long as the letter has all the info they need?
Thanks!

(in reply to: Hi,
One of the official employment verific...) Yes, it can be a problem for you. CIC check and verify if the job offer is older than 6 months. If the job is alrady closed, than you might lose the points.

(in reply to: Hi,
One of the official employment verific...) I am not sure about the lost points as the previous poster suggested...It is not a deal breaker and CIC will give you another chance by asking for an updated experience/employment letter..I had the same issue and i sent my updated letter along with my FBI clearance..
