KJ, I know wat letter u are talking abt!! but it is a generalized letter that everyone gets! u didnt receive and interview waiver notification or anything as yet! it normally comes with the eye colour and height form and a request for two pics!! i duno how it can be, but u can order CAIPS notes, if u want to and u will know if the interview waiver has been granted or if they r waiting for something more from ur side!
its better to do that,becuz everyone gets those forms to fill in and a request for 2 pics as they r important for visa issuance! i would suggest that u order CAIPS notes!

We received the first letter which is a standard one (AOR - which states that the next step is to submit our passport)...then we got another letter stating we need to submit our passport (no other documents were CHECKED OFF although everything -- 2 photos etc etc was listed. The letter was signed at the bottom by someone).. . I am not sure if we get a letter from CHC stating that our interview is waved... CAN anyone else confirm?

but kj did your wife went to the embassy to check how long will it take for the passport to send it back to her , you have submitted your passport on feb 2nd , why its taking that much of time , this i can tell you right now there will be no interview for your wife at this time otherwise you would have got an interview letter
