Just received my caips notes. Everything was finalised about 4 months before and my case is pending because of SEC checks.
My status for SEC is 3 and CRIM is blank - what does this mean ?

That´s not good. It should be 1 if there is no problem.

I just found from the website that SEC : 3 means Incomplete.
But I have no idea why the CRIM status is blank.

Do not worry. Check the latter you have received along with your CAIPS notes. They can actually censor parts of your CAIPS notes under the access to information act. There is nothing to be worried about.
