I got our third letter today, and let us mail our passports to Buffalo. We did our medical examination on 3/2004, it means that our medical exam has expired, but we didn´t get any letter from buffalo to ask us redo medical examination, including this third letter. My questions are: how will buffalo issue our visas after we send our passport? what will the expiration date of visa be? I am sure that we are going to be asked to redo the medical exam before landing, when? Can we do medical exam without any letter from buffalo? Thanks.

Hi
When did you send your passports?
If you are within a reasonable range of expiration, the CIC in Buffalo merely will post your visas without a repeat medical.
Indeed you would have received a letter of instruction if you were required to repeat the medicals.
There have been a fair number of repeat postings in whcih medicals have expired and applicants have received their visas.
