| Subject: i didnot recieve the medical form |

i have done the interivew in 22 of novmember 2004 in abu dabi they said i have passed and im in good situation.. and i will get the medical form from 6 to 8 weeks..
its now more than 4 months i didnot get anything from them ..i have send them fax last month and i make sure of my address and i send everything even police clearnce nothing is missing eveything is correct...
?? anybody have any suggestion...

You have done the right thing. Just as a reminder you can send a fax again after 10-15 days.
I´m sure it is on the way or coming soon.

Yes Issa, moreover, if you have a representative contact him to make sure he hasn´t received the form, pay attention to the date it was sent because they usually give 90 day to medicals to be done .
Don´t worry just follow your case up . I hope we´ll hear your good news soon .

i have send the police clearance befor 15 days .. i have heard that they donot send the medical form unless i send the police clearnce.. it takes 10 days for it to recieve london uk.. im in ksa saudi arabia

Issa, when did you send your police clearance ? did you send it upon their request ? or you send it just because you believe that they won´t send you the medical form unless you send the police clearance ?
To our case, they sent us the medical form simultaneously with a request of RPRF and police clearance, all in the same package .
Anyone has a case to be finilized in London ,share us the procedures please ...

they didnot ask me for the police clearnce... i just send them.. but in the interview the women marked on police clearnce... that we need it...i send the police clearnce beofr 18 to 20 days... as i said it takes 10 days to reach them...

OK Issa , if so calm down there is nothing to worry about.
-fax them to know what is going on , and don´t forget that the header must be your file number , your name and you returning mailing address .
-if you have a representative ,try to make sure he is not hybernating ,call him to wake him up,and don´t forget that when you have a representative your return mailing address in your fax should be the address of that representative .
-you might be under security check, which in many cases takes a long time , sometimes months, and always you can make sure what your case´s status is, by having the CAIPS NOTE.
Let me know when you receive the good news,I´m also still waiting my PP request inspite of the fact that many whose medicals were after mine already got their visas .

Issa, when you send anything to CIC London, send it by DHL, it takes max 72 hours to be delivered, and you can always check DHL website to see when it was delivered and who sign for receving .

i hope so that you are right.. it took more than 4 months.. so maybe its under security check as you said.. but.. i expect it to arrive in the middle of this month.. if not i will fax them agian..
