Hello friends,
Just to let you know the passports/visas arrived from Buffalo. There was an 8 day waiting period! The total cost: $26.00 We had considered the trip to Buffalo from Orlando. We now discovered that it was not necessary.
To Vancouver in July!

Hi
Well, we will live in a furnished apt for about a month or so, then buy a condo. We will then get settled, and then we will go to Asia for a few months. Then when we return, down to business with jobs. We will be looking at financial positions and the other will be looking maybe at some of the private schools or English ESOL schools; also look to open a small counseling practice for adolescents, et al.
We both carry professional degrees but may need to do some more training once we get there. If we do not work immediately we will volunteer or do whatever we need to for the good of the order!

Congratulations for PR. Can you please guide me for following.
I have got my PP reqeust. It doen?t mentions anything else. What will be the next step? How much time I get to immigrate to Canada after I get stamped visa on my PP?
Time Line:
Application - Dec 2002
Medical - March/April 2004
PP request - April 2005
Country - USA
Please guide me.

You can return to Canada the same day after submitting your passport
