So sad, my application package got returned today. They highlighted some areas which I did not fill in, including government services and military services. Actually, I´ve never worked for any government, and never been in any armed forces. Just feel sad that they returned my application because of this. Do I need to type a new form or just fill those highlighted areas with "NONE" and send them back?

same happened to me..in fact my application was returned twice..once for not filling in ´None´ or ´N/A´..another time for typing my english proficiency letter instead of hand writing..

Gee, I typed my english proficiency letter also. They did not identify that as a problem at this time. I just can not understand why I have to hand write that letter.

So it happens to others too. I thought I was only stupid enough to have had my applicaiton sent back twice. Once because I did not include a copy of my expired passport and once because I did not send I-20. In their instructions it was not clear what they wanted. I lost 2 months due to such mistakes.
