If I land in Italy with a 1 year plus residence permit can i apply for canadian skilled worker PR right away at CIC Rome? or do I have to actualy reside there for 1 year before applying;and if so, what is the timelime? I really appreciate the help of those who responded to my previous postings. I need your help please as usual . God bless!!!
