I think you need to bring it down to hours. Basically number of hours is the same. So find how many hours for full time and then calculate the full time equivalent.

Full time week according to CIC has 37.5 hours, so just convert it accordingly. What I was wondering is whether job year has 52 full time weeks?

Full time equivalent (in reply to: FULL TIME EQUIVELANT)
Does it mean that if I work 52 weeks per year, 5 days per week and 8 hours per day (that accounts to 40 working hours per week) then I can convert my 45 months of experience to 48 months equivalent (4 years)?
