If I were in you, I would go ahead and send in the application regardless. You could include a letter explaining about the pregnancy, but I don´t think it is really necessary. As far as I can tell, until the baby is born, it will change nothing to your application information.
A possible delay may result from having to wait to do part of the medical exams: if you get the medical exam request between now and the baby´s birth, you may have to wait a bit. The main issue I think has to do with the X-rays (not recommended when pregnant). Did your wife by any chance do a chext X-ray in the last 6 months (6 months before pregnacy). if yes, she should be allowed to use that X-ray for the medical test, so you wouldn´t have to wait till after the birth.
After the birth of the baby, you will also have to fill-out some forms to update your file. Basically any form that would have been required to be filled out for your children. Just make sure you update your file as soon as the baby is born.
Good luck.

Hi,Thanks so much for the info.Once the baby is born I shall send the info. to CIC.My wife did not take any X-rays recently. So I guess we have to wait if Medicals come before the baby is born. Thanks again so much..this sure helps.

send your application now like you would last month and take care of bay papers when he/she arrives. If by luck, you get medical request before the delivery, wait for medicals till baby arrives, send his/her papers to them and obtain medical paper for baby as well and then whole family should take medical and all further processing.
