Family Class Sponsorship - October 2004 documents to Mississauga; December 7, 2004 documents to Canada Embassy in Mexico City; March 2005 advised interview May 12, 2005. My mexican husband was deported from Canada in 2003 for not leaving when visa expired. Interview letter says for him to pay $400 for Authorization from Minister to re-enter Canada.(if he wishes to re-enter!). Interview and authorization will be all same day I guess in Mexico City. Just wondering if he is approved for immigration through sponsorship and yet denied re-entry how that will work with ROLF. Has anybody had both interview and Authorization to re-enter processed at same time, and what was the outcome.
