Subject: For Olek |
Olek, we were sent our medicals on Dec/3/2004 , however our dear lawyer didn´t tell us about them untill Jan/20/2005 ,when we asked him (why) ,there was no reasonable Justification !!! however we were happy that we got our madical, in spite of the fact that uptill now I still wonder (why) ?

(in reply to: For Olek) Well that means that in your case you had a bad lawyer. I understand your anger now.

(in reply to: For Olek) I can´t say he is bad, still believe he is honest, but he is under the pressure of lot of work may be . I hope this won´t happen again in my PP request so I´m trying to follow up things independently and don´t rely that much on him .

(in reply to: For Olek) Does your PPR go directly to your lawyer or to you? Because I thought after the medicals and rest of the documents are in lawyers are out...

(in reply to: For Olek) In fact it will go to him because we don´t want to change the mailing address .
I wonder if changing the address at this point may delay our case . I have no idea ...

(in reply to: For Olek) Actually not. You can change your address online and I think there should be no delay at this point.

(in reply to: For Olek) Actully you can use online service to change you address only if you are a resident of Canada ...I don´t believe changing address at this stage is a good idea , more over we´re almost done ...
