The only way you can order is by Speaking to a Rep.

Try pressing 0 in the beginning of the call or press an option which takes you to a Rep

If you press 0 at any time you get disconnected. I can´t find any option to speak to a rep.

Ok I got it now. I called this morning just a few minutes before they opened. I assumed at 8:05 am it would be open as it is 11:05am in ontario but they only connect you locally.

I found this on a different forum: "It is a tax assessment from all walks of government and financial life. Option-C is like a transcript, that would document your income tax, EI, CPP/QPP, CCTB, student loans, Old Age Pension, social assistance if any taken and the list continues. It reflects an individualīs marital status as of that tax year, name, DOB, SIN and address with Canada Revenue Agency. CIC asks for such ones because it is more efficient and effective way to figure out financial standing pursuant to federal regulation of an individual."
