kj whats happening in your case , mine have been more than 4 months and cic is not answering us nor sending any letters , we have faxed them so many times ,

I am not sure whats happeing with my case but I have a feeling that we will hear something soon...I just checked with someone else with regards to the Hight and Eye color request form and he did not get any request for it. Yes you can email me your contact number I will call you.

but kj i dont know why you are stuck on height , color things ,i have no idea what it has to do with the case , and how can you be sure that you will hear in few weeks, mine is over 4 months since they have started processing the case , looks like both of our case is dead , because they would have answered by this time

height and eye colour form is important for them to issue a visa..
I guess u guys should be cruising soon too! I dont know why would it take so long for u guys, but i am hoping for atleast one of u this coming monday....

amy its not me who will be crusing its my wife, i still dont understand what makes you say that , to me it looks that our file is dead , becuse they started processing my file in the month of jan over 3.5 months

I think that u are worrying anonymous! i know it would be worrying u becuz its been so much waiting, specially for u and ur wife; but if u had a problem in ur case, u would have definitely been contacted by CIC!
i guess u should speak to ur area´s mp too! he/she might be able to help too....

you are right if there is a problem in my case they would have send the letter by this time , we have faxed them so many time , but they are not prepared to give any answer , the thing why its taking that much of time
IS PASSPORT IS LOST IN THE MAIL , THEY HAVENT GOT THE PASSPORT OR WHAT ELSE DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS

The love on this board is so wonderful to see......
DON´T give up after 3.5 months! That would be so stupid. GET your MP involved...that is what they are there for.
