Subject: filling the forms: stupid question
I downloaded all the forms for the fed skilled workers program, including the Paris office specific forms. They were all .pdf format. Some are ´fillable´ pdf, so I can type directly, but others I don´t seem to be able to fill out directly on the computer. Is there some ´enable filling´ button somewhere in Adobe Acrobat or are some forms indeed not fillable via computer (i.e have to do it by hand or type-writer)?
I know, stupid stupid stupid....but rather than wasting 2 hours trying to find some button embedded in the Acrobat menu, I figured, better ask....

no magic button. you will need to print off the other documents and fill them in by hand. I strongly suggest you make 2 sets.

Good luck with Paris. for the most part they have proved to be very reasonable to deal with. Wait times seem to be changing daily but they are one of the faster offices.

If you have an Adobe Acrobat Full version (not the free reader) you will be able to fill it electronically.
