now, my spouse sponsorship application says decision made! it changed on 11th april and it said the following:
Medical results have been received
The visa office will contact you regarding the decision on your application.
I had a succesful interview on 3rd march, 2005 and i was told by the visa officer that I would get my passport back in "few weeks" Now, that the e-cas has changed, it guess i´ll be getting my passport with the visa soon.
my questions are:
1. Can, even after the decision is made, they ask for any rectifications or changes on something, like be it passport, for instance?
2. Do they affix the visa stamp first on the passport and then change the e-cas to decision made or is it vice-versa?
3. I know that after an interview waiver or a successful interview, the chances of a person getting rejected is minimal, but wat are they? especially in my case where everything was starighforward and I dont have any medical troubles or security problems!
pls can anyone answer the questions??

amy you are lucky where you will be landing i guess in quebec , and when are you coming to canada, you will get your passport today by mail , i am very much sure of it
we have left a message with chc new delhi we dont wnt to go ahead after all that hassle we got
even kj´s passport did,nt come looks like they have declined our files

Did you get your pictures and other stuff back in mail that your wife submiitted to CIC if yes then you should be getting your passport in two to three days.

meet than if you have wait for another 3 days ,then i wish you all the best because i am waiting for 3 months after i have sent the medical and pcc and passport , still no response

I have heard that in some cases they return it and in some they dont! nothing to be related to whether they accept or reject ur application!
so, its not a norm that the will send it back!
just cool down and relax for a bit man! u´ll have ur wife soon with u, so will anonymous and KJ....

so when are you coming to canada aman , where are you landing , did you check your mail today for the passport
which place you live in new delhi, they send you a passport through a regular mail

they always send the passport visa registered mail! I didnt get anything today, but hope to get it in the coming days!
I would be landing in Montreal, as thats where my wife lives....

Hello.
I would like to know how long did it take and what is the next step after I the status of my application states "Medicals Received" and passing the 1st screening since August 12, 2013? Up to now we haven´t heard any news about my hubby´s spousal sponsorship to come to Canada. Please help.
