I think this company has a lot to lose by attempting to cheat you. You would immediately report them and likely tell everyone you know that you have been mistreated. What they would gain from you is not worth what they would potentially lose.
Personally, I think you can complete your transaction with confidence that they will deliver as agreed.
It is time to celebrate! You are on your way to Canada!

I couldn´t understand what do you mean ? Pls answer my following questions:
1. Is the company goodwill strong or not ?
2. I have to submit my passport to its Delhi ofice or not ?
3. I have to pay his last installment Rs. 10000.00 or not ?
4. What are the good and bad issues about company ?
5. You have visited the company web site or not ? If yes what did you find ?
pls answer the above questions, sharo.

Are you paying Sharon or your consultant? If you did not trust on the consultant, why did you start your process thru´ them?

This ticks me...
Why do you get into a contract and then not follow it through. It gives all immigrants a bad name - from a few likes of you.
In west it is not always the saving money which is respected; it is about honesty and commitment. If you made a commitment with your lawyer you should follow it through as they should to you.

Just follow through on your deal with them and all will be OK. They are not out to cheat you. They are a reputable company.....if you made an agreement with them, you must do what you agreed.

did they do their job?... do you have a contract? why would you NOT pay?
4. What are the good and bad issues about company ? Irelevant -did they do their job?
5. You have visited the company web site or not ? If yes what did you find ? yes.
