| Subject: Did you get Immigration approval recently? |
I want to how fast is the immigration process recently? If you get approved recently, how long is the whole time? Is it possible to get visa during the process period? How long will it take for the visa?
By the way, can someone tell me what does all Abbr.mean in this forum?

Applied: at the End of Jan 2005
AOR: Middle of March
They are currently processing 13 month old files.
Can you get a work visa while this application is in process? YES. I got it.
How long does it take to get the work visa: 1 WEEK. They had to verify something with the Can Employer. They prolly also verified with Buffalo (though unlikely).
