Subject: From visitor to worker
  Hi,

I have 20 years and i have came to canada on a temporary visa as a business IT consultant and in the meantime while i was in canada ( i am still in canada ) i received a job offer from good Canadian company. My visitor visa is still valid ( and it will be valid for next two months) i wonder if it is posible to change my status to temporary worker without leaving Canada and applying for visa again, and what papers or declarations would help me in this process, beside the job offer.

thank you all.

Do u have the HRDC approval already?? If not then let me tell you that since you come under foreign worker category u need one. And of course once u get that u can apply from within Canada for work permit.

Very important- apply asap because it´s gonna take about 45 days for CIC to issue the work permit and u have only 60 days left. Better not b a fine cut.

By the way would u be able to share and give some idea about the company which has given u job offer.

No I don´t think u would need any medical examination. Here´s the link relevant to ur current status and future work permit requirements: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/menu-inside.html

Thanks for sharing the info and extending your help. If your email id is valid can I communicate with u through it?
