We have sent the passport for Spouse Immigration on Feb 11th, and we are still waiting for New Delhi to reply back.
I noticed a change in the E-STATUS this Monday ... it has the FIRST MIDDLE AND THE LAST NAME.... earleir it only had the FIRST and the LAST NAME, does this mean that someone is working on the files ? or that was a common change made to everyone´s file !!

but kunal did the status changed , what it says in the status what i mean to say as to when they have started processing the app which date was that , is it jan or feb

It shows they Started processing on February 2nd 2005.

mine showed jan 20 th everyone says it takes 3 months from the time they started processing so lets see what happens

You are correct, even the first letter (AOR) we got, said it would take atleast 3 months for CHC to process the case. I have a feeling that we will hear something within two weeks from now. CHC must have got lot of applications and that´s why its taking time ! I am sure they will send us something soon. Have Faith in GOD.
