Subject: Today I received a passport request from Buff...
Today I received a passport request from Buffalo. They provided a letter measuring 6.5 by 9.5 inches. Their instruction says that I should mail my passport in this letter. At the same time they asked me to provide USPS Express Mail envelope in which they would return my passport. USPS Express Mail envelope size is 9 by 12 inches. Do I need to fold it and put it in the first envelope or should I send both envelopes in yet another envelope?
thanks!

Put the prepaid USPS Express Mail envelope inside the gray one.

Alexander Moretti Congratulation. Let me ask you this...When your e-client was changed to Medical Received?

Well, USPS express mail envelope is too big to fit into the gray envelope (USPS envelope size is 9x12 inches).

My e-client changed to "Medical results received" 2 or 3 weeks ago. Basically it got updated and Buffalo sent me a request for a landing fee at the same time.
Note that I got my Passport request, but e-client still didn´t change to anything else.

Congratulation! Alexander Moretti for getting PP request.

When did you mail the Landing fee. I am also waiting for PP request. I paid the landing fee on March 11th and waiting for PP request since then.

Thanks

Please insert the envelopes into a bigger envelop. That´s what I did.

Put the USPS enveloppe inside the grey one (in reply to: Today I received a passport request from Buff...)
Alex,
You have to find a way to do that. It is very important to put the bigger enveloppe into smaller one. Those guys at CIC are very picky about following the procedures, right Olek? :)

Hi

When I applied I put my Lawyer?s address as my mailing address. I am living in Canada as a student. My question is, in case of Passport request can I put my Canadian residence address in the return Express post envelop to get my passport back?

Thanks in advance.

That´s what I´ve been told to put a bigger envelope into the smaller one:-) You just need to pile it up
