Hi,
Right now I have the points to file a PR for canada from India. I would like to know that if I go on a study permit to canada. Can I file the application for PR from within canada. IF yes then what is the timeline and procedure.

If you have a study permit you may stay in Canada until your permit expires but if you want to apply for permanent residence you must apply outside of Canada.
