| Subject: Holding of passports by CHC New Delhi |

My wife and I applied for migration to Canada in 1999 from India. Subsequently, I shifted base and am presently in Singapore. I received a response from CHC New Delhi to proceed with the medicals and submit documents and passports and which was completed in October 2004. I have subsequently requested for return of passports by fax if the process is going to take more time (by fax and email). Have not received any response.
When i try to contact CHC New Delhi, they suggest that i send a fax. However, they do not respond to any faxes sent. What should I do - is there any way to complain - ensure that they return back the passports (I am sure you will all agree that keeping passports for 6 months is completly wrong)
