Hi
Recently i had been to CHC Delhi to personally sumbit my Spouse PR , the lady in counter told me that if i have travel document then go to canada and apply for sponsorhip. I am confused with "Travel doument". Is it possible for spouse to visit Husband on visit Visa before applying Spouse Visa.( Can my husand give me letter, ours is registered marriage.)

yes, you can be in Canada (visiting) while your application is in process.

In my case, I am yet to apply and I would like to enter canada and then apply for Spouse Visa.
