I am not sure if you guys recall the Indian who cried foul and persecution and hit the limelight by exposing Sgro last year. That guy is doing mighty fine in India and building two-story duplexes for resale. I hope the Canadian Govt takes stock of this case and whips the hell outa any Indian who cries wolf in Indian Govt. It turned out, the Indian govt did not even look in his direction after he was deported there by the Canadian Govt and the dude quietly went into real estate/construction business bigtime. By fighting for refugee status and for years argueing that Indians will persecute him if he returned there, he certainly maligned the cases of possibly genuine refugees.

How about 99,90 % ? Real would be refugees probably don´t have the means to even buy a plane ticket to anywhere.

Firstly the real refuges are not in a position to comfortably fly to country like Canada. These guys aleady have money and are misusing the system to stay. I hope the govt. takes note of this case and be careful the next time around.
