| Subject: FBI clearence |
I am in USA on H1 Visa. To get the FBI clearence I need to submit the Finger print form . is there any other document I need to send to FBI like passport xerox SSN copy etc.
Please help

When taking fingerprints you would need to show your ID.
You don´t need to send any documents to FBI other than the fingerprint form and a money order.

Though not at all neccessary, It will help speed up return if you give them your fedex account no.
I forgot which one I gave the fedex account no to for state or FBI .
you can call up their office and check which of the two/both take fedex accounts.
