Hi All,
This is to all applicants of spouse sponsorship processing at New Delhi.
Do you think that if we share our file no. with time line then we may be able to make some sense that way who should recieve response when based on file no.?

Yes, file numbers are like your social security numbers. You never know someone may misuse it. Never share your number - however there is no harm in sharing time-line.

I am giving my time line below which may help you to see where you stand:
Applied by my husband at Missisauga on 3rd Jan.2005
We were asked to resubmit-signature missing
We sent the apllication again on Feb.3rd.
I recd. letter from CHC New Delhi post marked 3rd March to submit my passport.
I recieved another letter post marked 9th March to submit passport.
I sent my passport on 18th March.It was delivered at CHC New Delhi on 21st March.
Havent heard anything since.

Dear Jas! Did you get your wife´s medical done in India? they might be checking background etc. your wife must get her passport in May.

I got my meds done in USA plus all police clearance from both USA and India since I was living in USA since 2002.

this is my timeline from CHC New Delhi for spouse sponsorship..
Medicals done - 11th Dec. 2004
Applied at Miss. - 31st Dec. 2004
Approved - 19th Jan. 2005
Visa Office (New Delhi) starts processing - 3rd Feb. 2005
Interview (Chandigarh Office) - 3rd Mar. 2005(successful!!!!) Passport kept by the Visa Officer
E-cas changes to Decision made - 11th April, 2005
Visa and COPR received - 16th April, 2005
Landing - 2nd May, 2005
