did you tried to order caips notes , i have called chc new delhi , and could,nt get through anyone , i called cic call center and spoke to manager , according to them its the time to get worried because thats something which chc new delhi should,nt be doing , they have given a number to complaint about them , as the manager indicates they should reply to your faxes and phone calls
Also he stated that there could be something wrong in the cases thats why they are taking time
ANY LUCK WITH YOUR WIFE´S CASE , YOU INDICATED THAT E CLIENT STATUS CHANGED IN YOUR FILE ,
WHAT DO YOU THINK NOW WE SHOULD DO

when you say 3 months , its time you are taking into account when the papers are sent to mississuga office or when the file is transferred to new delhi office

In the CIC website, it says that New delhi finalizes 80% of the cases in between 1 to 3 months time! now, the time is since New Delhi starts processing ur application.. the time taken by mississauga is different!!

mine was done in 2 months and I guess every straighforward case would be finalized within that time-frame; whether it be an acceptance or rejection..

so in other case mine is rejected because its been over 2 moths , now yu told me it takes 3 months from the time they start processing the case , now its 3 months for the total case or 3 months from new delhi office
please let me know

NONO.... urs is not rejected mate!! if it was the case, u would have heard from them for sure by now..
and its 3 months since new delhi starts processing the case.. but i guess, its abt time u contacted ur MP, who could jump in to salvage u..

which means amy your case was done in 2 months thats faster than 3 months , mp have given me date in july , they dont have any date , even kj has the same prob
so which flight are you coming from , how much its costing you in indian currency for one side fare
