so no body is asking about the finalized terms of the rasolzadeh class action !!!!!
what happened to it, did cic finalized it, did cic accept this lawsuit?
is there anything new concerning this issue ?

terms have been accepted by CIC. I think I have seen posting from those affected. Looks like those applicants are finally moving through the system.

It´s not fair to let us wait all this time (additional 4 years);It sucks. Some applications are processed more faster although they applied after us. I have my application submitted on 2001 and it will take 7 years to be processd. Anyone can believe this, really it sucks.

your right, it sucks but CIC was caught with a change in qualifications. I am suspecting the class action is not allowing you a change to be appraised under the original rules that you applied with. Otherwise you would be refused under the new rules.

sorry, I meant to say that you ARE being allowed to qualify under the old rules - thanks to the class action suit.

OK; thanks; but why that too much time , didn´t they start processing the applications and they have all the documents ? They can do that much faster !!!!
Please CIC do not make us wait too long , we need to start building our future and help canada as fast as you imagine, I wish you to decrease the processing time and give us the chance to cope with life quickly.

If I didn´t get a letter and I applied in 2001..
does this mean I follow the rasolzadeh class(es)?

if you applied before december 31, 2001, I think your application would be affected by this law.

I also applied in 2001 and interviewed in Nov.04 but since then hanging due to rasolzadeh, now the terms seem finalsed
then when embassy will reply ?? can we ask for the status of the file and check ? or just will till 2008,

yes we have the right to ask, since you were interviwed so you do not have to wait till 2008 but ask about the status of your application, and i think you and we (all that are in the same situation) must have an answer.
