Subject: Medicals, FBI
I have my AOR in Feb 1st week for skilled worker from Buffalo.

1) My question is I havent sent in my medicals yet..so should I be pro-active and send in my Medicals even though I dont have my IA done by CIC and they have not asked for my Medicals yet? or should I wait until CIC requests my Medicals?

2) I has sent in FBI fingerprints along with my application 6 months ago. So just in case should I send in another set of FBI fingerprints so that they dont ask for it again. Is this ok?

3) I got 8 bands in IELTS, 7-reading, 8-listening, 8-speaking, 8-writing, overall band-8. Is this ok to claim all 16 points under language?

4) I am not claiming any points for second language French. So my total points with 16 points in english is 69. Is it enuf for a PR approval with all background and security record clean? Thanks. and will my interview be waived..

You will have to wait till Buffalo sends you the medical forms. Without the medical forms you can not get the medical done. Anyway it is too early in the process for you to get them done.

Visit the website www.yogi799.com regularly and you will get a general idea as to when you will get your IA (Initial Assessment). FBI clearance is generally required after the IA is complete and if interview is waived.

3) I got 8 bands in IELTS, 7-reading, 8-listening, 8-speaking, 8-writing, overall band-8. Is this ok to claim all 16 points under language?

Great job, you will get 16 points. Send in the original IELTS score (write you file number on the score sheet) to Buffalo along with a cover letter ASAP.

As of now you qualify. You will be called for an interview if you have not provided sufficient documents to support you application especially the work experience. Make sure you have given every possible piece of document available to you.

Find any empty space on the IELTS score sheet to write your file number. This will make sure that your score goes into your file (Its better to be safe than sorry).

It is a good practice to write a cover letter so that the person who opens the mail clearly understands what it is about. Just write a few lines explaining that you have applied for immigration, mention your file number (V Imp) and tell them that you have sent the original IELTS score.
