Dear All,
Has anybody faced any problems with respect to the return of passports from CHC New Delhi?
We had submitted our passports to CHC New Delhi along with other documents in Oct 2004. Subsequently, as we required to travel, we requested for return of passports - however, we have not received any response to our fax and emails.
I understand from the case notes that all the documents and information that was previously requested has been submitted and the file has been referred for a final decision on security and criminality.
However I do not know as to when our passports will be returned or the process completed.
Has anybody faced a similar problem? If so, could you kindly advise as to how you resolved the problem.
