Subject: CERTIFIED translation of documents? |
|
|
|
Hi there,
Can anyone please tell me what "certified translation" means? What I was going to do is translate the docs myself, and then add this,
"Hereby I, , certify that I am fluent in both Russian and English, and to the best of my knowledge, the foregoing translation is correct and accurate."
, then take all the docs and translations to the notary and sign all the copies.
Is there anything else I have to do? Thanks!

(in reply to: CERTIFIED translation of documents?) Nope that is not going to work.
If your certificates are in langauge other than English or French; you´d have to take to a notory who will properly translate in English or French and then certify the translation.

It doesn`t work that way amigo.
You have to find a certified translator in english or french.
The translator it has to be authorize by your government in order to translate official documents.
