I´d applied for my PR in Canada Class ( Spousal Sponsership) on December 10, 2004. I did not hear anything yet from CIC. Though e-status says it is in process. Kindly share your time line if anybody got some communication from CIC in the Similar Case. Though I am with my spouse in Canada but it is difficult to stay at home without doing any work.

Hi Raj!
I just want to know on what visa are you in Canada because I have a similar case.I am a Permanent Resident of Canada working in US on H1B visa and am planning to move to Canada next year .
Is there any possibility if I could take my wife with me on some visa to Canada and then apply for her Permanenet Residentship?
If ,visitor visa can be obtained,for how much time is it issued ?
Will there be any hassles if I take her on visitor visa there with me?
Please help me out in this regard.

hey raj,
i am in a similar situation but since i am a little behind you in the process i guess my timeline won´t be that helpful to you. my application was received dec 31, processing started march 14, e-client is "in process", havent heard anything. i think it may be a good sign though to not hear from them for awhile - maybe it means application looks good and is being processed? i hope so...

My spousal sponsorship time line IN CANADA.
CIC received MY application for SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP on June , 2004. (In Canada)
CIC started processing MY application on September , 2004.
Medical results have been received.
CIC sent ME a letter on November, 2004
about approval in principle for you to become a Permanent Resident of Canada.
I sent a PCC from South Korea at Feb.2005.
And I??ve gotten a work permit for 1 year at Feb .2005
I??m still waiting good news and log in my e-client status everyday but nothing new.
